How does a $15 bus ride to Los Angeles from Sacramento sound?
German bus company FlixBus launched two routes Thursday from Sacramento to both San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Prices to San Francisco are as low as $4.99, while Los Angeles is as low as $14.99.
"This new launch will represent a massive shift in how people travel up and down the West Coast," FlixBus USA's Managing Director Pierre Gourdain said in a prepared statement.
FlixBus joins Megabus and Greyhound in the Sacramento bus market.
