Sacramento Police are investigating a shooting that left one person dead and another injured early Tuesday morning.
The shooting happened just after midnight in the 3800 block of Dry Creek Road.
When officers arrived they found two adults suffering from gunshot wounds. One victim was taken to a local area hospital and is expected to be alright, the second victim was declared dead on scene.
The identities of the victims is unknown at this time.
Detectives are asking for help from anyone who may information.
