Jade Monger was last seen Thursday evening when she left her home in rural South Sacramento, on Heatherpace Lane off of Gerber Road

Family members told authorities Monger left the home on foot at around 4 p.m. The 11-year-old made threats in the past of running away, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.

The department says she has friends in Natomas and the South Sacramento area. She is considered at-risk because of her age.

Monger is described as a white female, with black hair shaved on the sides and long bangs. She has brown eyes and stands 5-foot-5 and weighs 145 pounds. She was last seen wearing a dark gray hoodie and dark jeans.
