The Catholic Diocese of Sacramento released 46 names accused of sexual abuse or misconduct. Here's who they are

About a third of the people identified in the list are deceased. According to the diocese, no one known to have been credibly accused of sexual abuse of a minor is still active in its ministry.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — After reviewing nearly 1,500 personnel records, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sacramento released the names on Tuesday of 46 people they say were credibly accused of sexual abuse of minors or young adults.

About a third of the people identified in the list are deceased, and, according to the diocese, no one known to have been credibly accused of sexual abuse of a minor is still active in its ministry.   According to the diocese, in order for there to be a credible accusation, there must be strong suspicion that a crime or misconduct occurred and that the accused cleric was the one who did it. It is independent of any law enforcement action.

In total, the diocese said there were 130 survivors of sexual abuse.  The information below is all reported by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sacramento.
