Stockton police believe a man used a car to hit and kill something Tuesday evening.
According to a press release from the Stockton Police Department, around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, officers were called to the 600 block of E. Alpine Avenue in the Oak Park neighborhood for reports of a car hitting a pedestrian.
Upon arrival, police found a 34-year-old man dead inside the park. Police said the suspect ditched the car and fled the scene on foot. No suspect information is available at this time.
