4 teens arrested in connection to Stockton homicide

Four teen suspects, one just 13-years-old, were arrested in connection to a deadly shooting in Stockton, early Wednesday morning.

Four teenagers were arrested in connection to the shooting death of a Stockton resident.

Stockton Police arrested a 16-year-old and a 13-year-old male on homicide charges. A 17-year-old girl and Raymond Williams, 19, were also arrested and charged with accessories to the crime.

The 20-year-old victim was found around 2 a.m. August 16 in the 1500 block of Fremont Street. According to police officials, detectives believe the shooting started as a random robbery.

The suspects were arrested after they were found driving the victim’s vehicle. Authorities tell ABC10 all four suspects were arrested in Sacramento County and then taken back to San Joaquin County.

Williams was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail. The other three teens, not identified due to their age, were taken to the San Joaquin County Juvenile Hall.
