Transit officials say vans may be shared with others, which may include strangers or people riding in a group with the primary passenger. In fact, the $4.00 per ride fare may be split among four friends, reducing their net cost to $1.00 each.

Discounts are available for qualified seniors, veterans, and A.D.A. certified passengers. The service also includes free transfer, which allows RTD Van Go! passengers to transfer for free to fixed-route bus service.

According to officials, the vans are equipped with wheelchair lifts and dedicated spaces inside to increase mobility. Van Go drivers are professionally trained, licensed, and prepared to help.

The on-demand service includes rides until 10:00 p.m. on weekends and on holidays.

How to get a ride: Use the RTD Van Go! app on your smartphone, or call 1-800-FOR-RIDE (800) 367-7433
