The baby boy was found in a dumpster on Village Green Drive just before 11:45 a.m. after police received a tip. The newborn was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Investigators say they located the baby's teenage mother near the scene. She has been taken to the hospital for undisclosed treatment, according to police. Her identity has not been released.
