Stockton police arrest 23-year-old in January shooting death

Police are charging Josue Rojas with homicide for the killing of a 48-year-old man earlier this year.

STOCKTON, Calif. — Stockton police arrested 23-year-old Josue Rojas Tuesday on suspicion of homicide in a January killing.

Officers responded to the 400 block of Stanislaus Street on Jan. 2 for a report of shots fired when they found the deceased 48-year-old man, according to police.

Rojas is in custody at the San Joaquin County Jail.
