Turlock Police are asking for the public's help finding a man they believe is responsible for the shooting death of a teenager.
Officers name 18-year-old Jeffrey Chandler as a suspect in a shooting that left a 17-year old dead. The shooting happened in the 300 block of Mitchell Avenue on June 11.
Chandler ran from the scene before police arrived, but the department says they have sufficient probably cause to believe Chandler is responsible.
