Shooting in Woodland leaves one man dead

No arrests have been made and no suspects have been identified.

WOODLAND, Calif. — One man is dead after a shooting in Woodland on Sunday night, according to the Woodland Police Department.

Officers responded to several calls in the 100 block of Elm Street near the intersection of College Street and Clover Street at 6:58 p.m. When they arrived on scene, department officials said a neighbor led them to the body of an adult male with gunshot wounds on a sidewalk.

The man was pronounced dead on scene.

No arrests have been made and officers say there are no suspects at this time.
