Former "America's Next Top Model" contestant Jael Strauss has died from cancer. She was 34.

Strauss, who competed on the eighth season of the CW show in 2007, died Tuesday morning, according to a GoFundMe page previously set up to raise money for the model's medical expenses.

"Today we lost our Earth angel and she is back in the spirit world from which she came and we know she will be watching over all of us," the campaign posted in an update Tuesday night.

In October, Strauss shared with her fans in a heartbreaking Facebook post that she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer that "aggressively spread throughout my body and is incurable." She pinpointed the disease as Progressive Metastatic Inflammatory Breast Cancer.

The doctor gave Strauss a "few months" to live.

The model, who frequently shared updates on her health on social media, shared that she was spending her first night in a hospice two weeks ago on Thanksgiving Day.

"So many things I never knew about life. Or death. So many things," she wrote in the post.

The Michigan native finished in sixth place on Season 8 of "America's Next Top Model"

Jaslene Gonzalez, who was crowned the season's winner, took to Twitter to pay her condolences.

"Guys, I heard about #jaelstrauss passing today and I’m so sad about it. I wish I could of seen her once more. She was going through a whole lot. We don’t know for what reasons, but man was she one of the strongest I knew. My prayers are with her and her family," she tweeted along with a heartbreak emoji.

In 2012, Strauss appeared on "Dr. Phil" after her family staged an intervention for the model's drug use. She celebrated five years sober on Instagram in August.
