YOLO COUNTY, Calif. — Measure Q is a 2020 ballot measure for the city of Davis that would extend a 1% sales tax if approved. 

Extending the tax would provide about $8.6 million in local funds for the city of Davis annually. The money could be used for any municipal purpose including city services like police, fire, recreation programs, roads, and sidewalks.

Passing the extension will eliminate the end date for the tax until it's repealed by voters.
