SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. — Nearly 100 of the biggest stars in sports and entertainment are descending upon South Lake Tahoe for the 30th annual American Century Celebrity Golf Championship at Edgewood Tahoe. This Celeb-Am brings a who's who of pop culture to Stateline every summer giving locals a chance to get selfies or autographs from their favorite famous people. If you're planning on enjoying scenic South Shore during this affordable, family-friendly tournament, here are some important tips.
CLEAR BAG POLICY:
For the safety of guests and players at the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship, a clear bag policy will be in place. In addition to utilizing metal detectors and bag search policy at the gate entrance, no purses of any size will be allowed on the golf course. There will not be a bag check or locker area to store items so be sure to look over this list of approved and prohibited items before arriving at Edgewood.
TICKETS:
Daily tickets Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: $20 per person
Daily tickets on Friday, Saturday and Sunday: $30 per person
Kids 10 and under are FREE (with adult, limit 2)
FREE tickets for Military: Active duty, reservists, National Guard, military retirees and veterans receive one complimentary ticket and one complimentary guest ticket each day of The American Century Championship Tuesday, July 9, through Sunday, July 14, 2019.

PARKING:
Parking near the course is extremely limited and every hotel and casino in the surrounding area will charge for parking or valet. Using a ride share app like Uber or Lyft (drop-off point near admission gate), cab rides, and carpooling are highly recommended.
