Police are investigating after a 16-year-old boy was shot and killed Saturday night.
The shooting happened in the 500 block of Vermont Avenue just after 7:30 p.m.
When police arrived, they found a teenage boy suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Officers performed CPR until medics arrived and he was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died.
The victim was a 16-year-old who lived nearby, his identity has not yet been released.
