1 newborn dead, 1 hospitalized after being found abandoned behind business in Fairfield
One baby is dead and another is fighting for its life after being discovered behind a strip mall in Fairfield on Tuesday, police confirmed. Police said they located a woman who they believe is the mother. She has been detained and taken to the hospital for treatment.
