"Let's show them how much we love them back," Sacramento Police Chief Daniel Hahn said Tuesday, asking the community to show the family of fallen Officer Tara O'Sullivan support by coming to the memorial Thursday or "lining every inch of the memorial procession" as a thank you for their sacrifice.
