Sacramento Police work with community to restore trust, repair relationships
The Stephon Clark shooting created a new level of distrust and fear between police and the people of Sacramento. Now, a local organization is reaching out to help the Sacramento Police Department repair their relationship with minority groups, particularly the Black community.
