Community send off for 9-year-old boy
Zebediah Wells has undergone 19 surgeries for congenital heart disease. On Wednesday, Sacramento safety agencies surprised him for a surprise training session. Later this month, he will undergo his 20th surgery. This was their way of sending him off!
