Elk Grove father selling Kings memorabilia to pay for life-changing medical procedure
Joshua Noel from Elk Grove said his life changed after he was hit by a distracted driver. He suffers from severe spine pain that doesn't allow him to sit or stand for long periods of time. Now he is selling his collection of autographed sports and music memorabilia in hopes of paying for the stem cell treatment.
