Elk Grove Ghost Mall Demolition begins
After more than a decade the 'Ghost Mall' is coming down in Elk Grove, California. The abandoned mall site has sat vacant since the original developer went bankrupt. The current developer, Howard Hughes Corporation, announced it is abandoning the 'Outlet Collection at Elk Grove' project and tearing down the buildings on site.
