Folsom teen among the first girls to join Scouts BSA
Currently, there are about 10 troops of girls with the Scout BSA Program, and there are estimates that 120 girls have joined or are in the process of signing up. Folsom's Katherine Boggs is among the first to join the Scouts BSA program.
