Manteca's push to ditch PG&E isn't going to be easy
PG&E's plan to cut power to possibly tens of thousands of people for days at a time has left communities some angry. The Manteca community is so mad, they want to leave PG&E altogether! But despite their efforts to get off PG&E's grid, it’s not an easy undertaking.
