Cleveland Elementary School shooting survivor says tougher gun laws are needed now

When a gunman opened fire killing five and wounding 32 others at an elementary school in Cleveland, Ohio, Julie Schardt was there. It was the morning of January 17, 1989. The gunman opened fire on students on the playground with a semi-automatic military-style, AK-47 assault rifle.
