Phoenix police announce arrest of 36-year-old suspect following investigation into sexual assault at Hacienda Healthcare
Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams said the suspect was arrested on one count of sexual assault and one count of vulnerable adult abuse. The investigation into the assault took place after a patient with significant intellectual disabilities gave birth in December.
