Sacramento homeless shelters vote, 2nd case of West Nile | FYI
Sacramento is getting ready to vote on plans to add two homeless shelters; one near W and X Streets and a very controversial one planned in a city parking lot in Meadowview. And the second case of West Nile Virus was diagnosed in a person in Butte County.
