California Attorney General Xavier Becerra announced his office will not file any criminal charges against the officers who shot and killed Stephon Clark last March in Sacramento. The decision follows an independent investigation into Clark's death and another decision from Sacramento District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert to not file criminal charges. The lack of charges has led to protests and arrests in Sacramento.
