Protecting yourself, loved ones as temperatures rise

Take care out there it is HOT! Mayde Gomez spoke with an ER Doctor at the UC Davis Emergency Room about the health risks associated with the dramatic spike in temperatures. Northern California transitioned quickly to Summer, but our bodies haven't quite caught up - and that can be dangerous. Stay hydrated, keep an eye on those who are vulnerable (likes children, the elderly and pets) and be aware of the heat even if it's a cloudy day.
