WATCH: Sacramento sheriff releases video of suspect vehicle from 2017 deadly shooting
The newly released video stems from the 2017 shooting death of 24-year-old Ju'an Parker in the Parkway neighborhood of South Sacramento, Sheriff's Sgt. Tess Deterding said in a press release.
