Sacramento business owner 'offers' boba tea in exchange for stolen cash register
Andy Leung, owner of T4 Tea For You, a boba tea shop in Sacramento, still has a carefree spirit and a sense of humor even after his store was burglarized. Even with a smashed window and stolen (empty) cash register, Leung says he's "offering" the crook a free boba tea if he brings back the stolen goods.
