Bush to perform at the California State Fair

Bush is known for hits such as "Glycerine" and "Machinehead," which have become staples of rock radio.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The California State Fair announced another headliner for its concert series Wednesday.

English rock band Bush will perform at the state fair Wednesday, July 24 at 8 p.m. While these concerts are free with general admission to the fair, space is first come, first served. Reserved seats are also available for purchase.

Bush is known for hits such as "Glycerine" and "Machinehead," which have become staples of rock radio. Their 1994 breakout hit "Everything's Zen," to their latest single, "Nowhere To Go But Everywhere," backs up a career spanning about 30 years.

"Bush's legendary status in the rock world makes them a perfect fit for our concert series," said Tom Martinez, CEO of California State Fair & Cal Expo. "We are proud to present them on the Golden 1 Stage, promising our fairgoers an unforgettable rock experience."

Chris Young and Flo Rida will also perform at the Toyota Concert Series.

Young will perform Thursday, July 18 at 8 p.m. and reserved tickets start at $25.

Young is known for hits such as "Young Love & Saturday Nights" and "Famous Friends" with Kane Brown. He rose to fame after winning season four of the reality singing competition Nashville Star.

Flo Rida will play Tuesday, July 23 at 8 p.m. and reserved tickets start at $25.

With hits like "Right Round" and "Wild Ones," the Miami-based rapper rose to fame with his breakout single "Low" in 2007.
