Alexander Gabriel Aguon identified as man killed in early morning Tracy shooting

Early Sunday morning, a person was killed near North Tracy Boulevard and West Clover Road.

TRACY, Calif. — Police in Tracy are investigating after a person was killed Sunday and another was critically injured.

The Tracy Police Department said they received a report of multiple shots fired in the parking lot of a gas station along the 3400 block of North Tracy Boulevard around 3 a.m.

Arriving officers found two shooting victims, but despite efforts from first responders, one of them died. He was identified as Alexander Gabriel Aguon, 23, of Stockton.

The second victim is in critical condition at a hospital, authorities said.
