Stockton pizza shop offers free pizza in exchange for arrest of suspected burglars

The owner said the thieves took off with a coin machine that children used to exchange their dollars for quarters to play the arcade games.

STOCKTON, Calif. — A little bit of information might land you free pizza if it leads to the arrest of two apparent burglars in Stockton.

David's Pizza is offering one large pizza a month for two years for information that leads to the arrest of two people caught on video during a suspected burglary at the shop.

According to the Stockton Police Department, officers were dispatched to an alarm call at the shop just before 3 p.m. on May 20.

Surveillance video shows the two suspects entering the shop, grabbing a tool, tearing something off the wall and leaving with it through the building.

“It's just a little bit disappointing with the lack of humanity that seems to be with some individuals. It's pretty sad," said David Calder, owner of the shop.

Calder said the thieves took off with a coin machine that children used to exchange their dollars for quarters to play the arcade games. It had at least $600 in coins and bills. Calder said nothing else was taken.

Anyone with information about the burglary can call the Stockton Police Department.
