40-year-old arrested in Chicago in connection to deadly Sacramento shooting

The Sacramento Police Department said the Angel Moore, 40, was found in Chicago, Illinois.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Another person was put behind bars in connection to a deadly shooting in Sacramento.

The Sacramento Police Department said Angel Moore, 40, was found in Chicago, Illinois. Police said they flew over to Chicago Tuesday and took Moore into custody.

It's the second arrest after a deadly shooting from Nov. 8.

In late November, police announced the arrest of Diamond Moore, 32 of Sacramento County, also in connection to the deadly shooting. Police said Moore was arrested on homicide-related charges in Reno, Nevada.

Police confirmed on Wednesday that the two suspects were siblings.

The shooting happened on Nov. 8 in the area of Del Paso Boulevard and West El Camino Avenue. Arriving officers found two men shot, with one of them dying after being taken to a hospital.

It's not clear what led up to the shooting or the circumstances surrounding it.
