STOCKTON, Calif. — A man is behind bars in connection to a deadly Stockton shooting from September.
According to Stockton Police Department, the shooting happened in the area of North Center Street and Channel Street on Sept. 25.
Officers arrived and found two teenagers, both suffering from gunshot wounds. A 15-year-old boy died at the scene and a 16-year-old boy was taken to a hospital.
On Wednesday, 18-year-old Anthony Pontod was arrested in connection to the shooting. He was booked into the county jail on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
