MARTINEZ, Calif. — A 60-year-old resident of Suisun City was charged with 32 counts of sexual abuse of a child under 14 years old, according to the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

Paul Fielder, of Suisun City and former basketball coach and school district employee, was arrested by Walnut Creek Police Department [WCPD] detectives on Monday, July 11, when he arrived at a location to meet a minor to engage in sex acts, according to police.
