A man has been arrested in connection to remains found in Placer County.
Detectives with Placer County Sheriff's Office Crimes Against Persons unit arrested 28-year-old Michael Forest Abeyta for a murder charge.
He was found to be in connection to skeleton remains found Saturday near Foresthill Road east of Auburn.
