MODESTO, Calif — Officers have launched an investigation after a shooting in Modesto Wednesday evening.
The Modesto Police Department said the shooting was reported along the 100 block of Camellia Way.
A Modesto Police Department Watch Commander said the victim was a woman in her early 20s, who was in critical but stable condition.
So far, police said the shooting appears to be an isolated incident.
