SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Police said they arrested a woman in connection to the shooting, Friday, near Midtown Sacramento’s Bayside Church.
Charlene Messinger, 51, is in the Sacramento County Main Jail on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon for the Friday night shooting near 19th Street and V Street.
One person suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg during this incident.
Investigators said the altercation started as a dispute between two groups that escalated. Three people were initially detained, but Sunday police told ABC10 they are not looking for any other suspects in this shooting.
