SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A man was arrested Saturday afternoon on suspicion of masturbating while children were present at Gibbons Park in Carmichael.
When Fulton El Camino Parks Police officers arrived on scene, they located 38-year-old Leron Brown, who matched the suspect description, according to a news release from the department.

After investigating, Fulton El Camino Parks Police officers believed Brown asked an underage girl to come over to him, but was stopped by the girl's mother and a witness.
The girl's mother told police that she saw Brown's genitalia and overheard him making sexual comments.
Police said they have also obtained video of Brown committing other sexual behavior in the park.
Brown was charged with indecent exposure and annoying or molesting a child. He is being held at the Sacramento County Main Jail without bail, according to jail records.
