2 dead after Patterson house fire

Crews also found one person and brought them outside where they received medical attention.

STANISLAUS COUNTY, Calif. — Two people died and one other person was saved after a house fire in Patterson early Tuesday morning.

According to the Patterson Fire Department, it happened around 12:30 a.m. on the 700 block of Almond Avenue.

Upon arrival, crews found a well-involved home with people potentially trapped inside.

Crews found one person and brought them outside where they received medical attention. Two adults were pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Stanislaus County Fire Investigation Unit and Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office.

The victims have not been identified yet.
