ROSEVILLE, Calif. — One person was left with major injuries after they got hit running toward the shoulder of Interstate 80 in Roseville Tuesday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened after the pedestrian ran from the right shoulder of southbound Highway 65 to the left shoulder of eastbound Interstate 80.
The driver of the car stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
Police don't suspect alcohol or drugs played a factor in the crash for the driver.
