SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Friday update: Amari Robertson was returned to his father, according to Sacramento police. Police say his mother, Frances Saso, was arrested on related charges.

According to a news release, 9-year-old Amari Robertson is a victim of parent abduction.
He was last seen in blue Nike shoes, burgundy sweatpants and a white t-shirt with burgundy lettering that reads, ’24-hour fitness youth basketball.’
Additionally, Sacramento Valley Crime Stoppers is looking for Frances Saso on suspicion of concealing a child from a custodial parent. She is known to drive a white 2018 Nissan Altima with the license plate 8TAU001.
