SACRAMENTO COUNTY, Calif. — One person is dead after crashing into a tree in Sacramento County near Carmichael.
The crash happened around 2:50 a.m. along Marconi Avenue near Avalon Drive. According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, one person died.
The person's identity hasn't been released. The crash is under investigation.
