1 injured in Stockton house fire; suspect arrested for arson

STOCKTON, Calif. — A Stockton man is behind bars after he allegedly set a house on fire, injuring one person.

According to a Facebook post by the Stockton Police Department, Enrique Ochoa, 48, of Stockton, faces three felony charges, including arson and willful cruelty to a child, after he was arrested for intentionally setting a house on fire over the weekend.

Joseph Silva, the spokesman for the Stockton Police Department, said the victim, a 72-year-old man, lived with Ochoa, but didn't have specifics about the relationship between the suspect and victim. 

Ochoa was arrested shortly after the blaze started Sunday afternoon.
