Why California's Central Valley air quality is so bad on Fourth of July | GEEK LAB

Fireworks make the air quality in California's Central Valley dangerous to breathe. The smoke from explosions is filled with soot, ash and metal.

Fireworks are a tradition around the Fourth of July. The night sky fills with color as numerous fireworks displays go off to celebrate Independence Day.
