Walt's Blender: Is it time to change the No Chase Policy at stores?
Half of the time I'm in a Safeway or Walgreen's, somebody's shoplifting. Is it just me? Do i attract crime scenes? The fact is, it's not a crime scene because store employees are ordered to let them go. It's called a "No Chase Policy."
