Former 'Real World' house reopening in Denver

The team behind Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row is opening a new nightclub and restaurant on Market Street in Denver's Ballpark neighborhood.

DENVER — Denver's "Real World" house hasn't seen its last party days yet.

The former house in Denver's Ballpark neighborhood is reopening in time for New Year's Eve festivities.

Riot House, a new 16-000-square-foot restaurant and nightclub venue, is located at 1920 Market St. near Coors Field.

The LoDo location will be the second Riot House venue for Riot Hospitality Group, mirroring its Riot House in Scottsdale, Arizona. The company also owns and operates Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row on Market Street, which opened in 2021.

Riot Hospitality Group said with state-of-the-art immersive audio and visual installations, Riot House will host renowned DJs and have VIP bottle service for an "elevated nightlife experience."

The venue will feature a large center bar, dance floor, rooftop patio, and an exclusive beverage program.

Riot Hospitality Group said a 300-square-foot LED wall will serve as a canvas for local and national DJs, showcase sporting events, and provide immersive visuals for the clubbing experience.

"Riot House is a cutting-edge venue that is certain to elevate the entertainment offerings in LoDo," Riot Hospitality Group CEO Ryan Hibbert said. "Opening Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and now Riot House on the same block on Market Street further solidifies our investment and commitment to Denver. Since 2021, we have become woven into the fabric of the LoDo community, and we were able to customize our Riot House concept for our Denver audience while providing the caliber of experience our patrons have come to expect."

Riot House will open officially to the public on Sunday, Dec. 31, at 9 p.m. with VIP bottle service tables available. To reserve a VIP table for Riot House’s New Year’s Eve grand opening, visit riothouse.com.
