FAIRFIELD, Calif. — A man was arrested two weeks after another man was found dead on the side of the road in Solano County, according to the Fairfield Police Department.
The man, 39-year-old Erick John Fredericks, was arrested on suspicion of murder once police began investigating 43-year-old Zebulon Ira Baldwin's death March 20.
Baldwin was found dead in the bushes on the north side of Travis Boulevard near Interstate 80. It's unclear how he died.
Police say they ruled his death as a homicide during the investigation, eventually leading to Fredericks arrest.
