STOCKTON, Calif. — The suspect in a deadly Stockton shooting was arrested in Antioch Monday.
The Stockton Police Department said Carlos Palacios, 28, was arrested in Antioch in connection to a deadly March 18 shooting.
The shooting happened in the area of East Market Street and South E Street. Arriving officers found a 40-year-old man with a gunshot wound, but despite efforts to save his life, he died at a hospital.
On May 6, Palacios was arrested in Antioch and booked into the San Joaquin County jail on suspicion of homicide.
